Cainta continues to expand its healthcare services, making essential medical procedures and equipment more accessible to residents.

• Karangalan Super Health Center Now Fully Operational
  The Karangalan Super Health Center is now fully operational and equipped with a portable X-ray, ultrasound machine, birthing beds, dental chair, and medicine cabinets, helping reduce the patient load at the main hospital.

• Free Heart Procedures
  Qualified Cainteños can receive free angiogram and angioplasty through the partnership between the Cainta LGU and Metro Antipolo Hospital. PhilHealth benefits are applied first, with the LGU covering any remaining balance.

• Bringing Heart Procedures to Cainta
  The municipality has applied for Level 2 DOH accreditation for One Cainta Municipal Hospital, which would allow the hospital to establish its own catheterization laboratory and eventually perform heart procedures locally.

• 24-Hour Super Health Center
  The Cainta Super Health Center now operates 24 hours a day, providing round-the-clock consultations and emergency care for minor conditions, supported by additional doctors, nurses, medical technicians, and equipment.

• AI-Assisted ECG Machines
  Cainta's two Super Health Centers now have AI-assisted ECG machines, allowing heart readings to be digitally transmitted to cardiologists for faster assessment.

• New Pediatric 2D Echo Machine
  One Cainta Municipal Hospital now has a 2D Echo machine suitable for both adults and children, allowing pediatric patients to receive cardiac examinations locally.

• New Laparoscopic Surgery Machine
  The hospital has acquired a laparoscopic surgery machine for minimally invasive procedures, helping reduce bleeding and support faster recovery. It has already been used in a successful bladder stone removal procedure provided to a resident at no cost.

• Free Newborn Hearing Screening
  Cainta Hospital now offers free newborn hearing screening alongside its existing newborn screening services. The test helps detect hearing problems early and is being offered to mothers who give birth at the hospital, helping prevent possible speech and developmental delays. A similar test can cost around ₱2,000 at private facilities, but remains free at Cainta Hospital.

• Plans for a Third Super Health Center
  Cainta is also looking to establish a third Super Health Center in the West Bank Floodway area, where the population continues to grow. The municipality has already acquired land for a future high school and may also develop a health center on the site if DOH funding becomes available.
