Hon. Rom C. San Juan serves as a member of the Municipal Council of Cainta under the Sangguniang Bayan. Having previously served consecutive terms as a municipal councilor (including his tenure during the 2016–2019 and 2019–2022 terms), he brings extensive legislative experience back to the local government to help draft ordinances, support community programs, and advance public welfare initiatives for the residents of Cainta.
