CAINTA’S EXPANDED DIGITAL SERVICES

Since the start of her term in July 2022, Mayor Elen Nieto embarked on making Cainta’s services more accessible and convenient to the public, taking full advantage of the digital space. In December 2022, E-Payment of Real Estate Property Tax was launched; where real estate taxes can be assessed and paid without the need of going to the Municipal Hall. Official Receipts were delivered for free within Cainta.

In November 2023, the online application for Health Certificate was launched, a requirement for job seekers, the employed, and by employers and companies. It also follows a 3-step process of Registration, Uploading, and Payment.

In January 2024, Cainta recently launched the online Application for Business Permit for New Businesses. This makes it more convenient for new businesses to register and at the same time avoids any lines and wait times.
All of these online services, Real Property Tax Payment, Health Certificate Online, and Business Permit for New Businesses are all on Cainta’s website – www.cainta.gov.ph
